I’m not entirely sure what happened to Week 7 this term. I think that, due to excessive amounts of revision and not having any properly defined schedule, the days just drifted past. With no lectures to remind you what day of the week you’re on, time seems to pass much too fast. Which is good news in the sense that it’s that much closer to summer, and bad news in the sense that it’s that much closer to exams. Revision has been going along steadily, I think [ READ MORE ]
Much of this week (read: all day from Wednesday to Saturday) was taken up by mock exams and revision for said exams. It’d be boring to say too much about that, so I’ll just say that in general they went OK-ish, will probably be able to do better with more revision, and the one module [ READ MORE ]
It still surprises me, to the point of it being seemingly magical, how hot water can clean plates so much better than cold water can. A sign of reading thorough too many pages of Linear Algebra lecture notes is reading “exercise left to the reader” as “exercise left of the radar”. Many times. Now is the week of ending of lectures and starting of major revision… maybe. The mocks are next week, which should go, ahm, interestingly, and then mods (proper exams) are in week 8 / 9.
