Easter holiday things

Hm, It’s been a while since I updated this with any type of useful information as to what I’ve been doing.  And doing the life updates are mainly for home friends / family, I guess I don’t really need to do one.  Ah well, I’m doing one. :)

So, what has happened since university finished on the 14th of March?   Hm.  I managed to take a few days off work in general at the start of the holidays, before my friends were home; an unfortunate consequence of going to a work-you-stupidly-hard university is that you also have to work ridiculously hard over the vacation too.  (Admittedly bad timing for taking time off, but hey, not my fault!  I need a break.)  So, friends have been coming back in drips and drabs, I think the last bunch finish this weekend, just in time to see them for a day or two before I’m off to Wales to visit Charlotte for a week!

Things I enjoy about being home:

  1. Lie ins.
  2. No day-before problem sheet stressing multiple times a week.
  3. What?  I don’t have to do my own washing?  Awesome. :D
  4. Cosmo.
  5. (Not Tigs).

Things I miss about Keble:

  1. Living next door to all my friends (and Charlotte).
  2. The semi-schedule that tutorials and lectures gives me, so that I’m more motivated to do work related things.
  3. General university banter.

I’d say I’m enjoying being home, but going back next term shouldn’t be too bad.  Apart from exams.  I have three sets of exams in nine weeks!  How is that helpful?!  It’s not, that’s how!

Have gotten a few letters from Charlotte over the holidays, they brighten my day and give me something to read apart from maths textbooks.  Thank you!  If anyone else would like to make me amazingly grateful and happy, you could post me a letter using the ancient postal system.  I miss getting post!
